We provide complex deep drawn metal stampings up to 23" in depth of draw. We specialize in manufacturing complicated products, and will produce your small, medium, or large deep drawn stamping with the highest levels of precision and quality.

Q1:Do you support customization as per our real samples?
A1: We, Ningbo Jingjing Metal Products Co.,Ltd. Is mainly manufacturing customized metal stamping parts and stainless steel deep drawings parts. We also warmly welcome your sample order to check quality before mass production.
Q2: How long will you take to develop deep drawing stamping molds?
A2: It usually takes 25 days to 45 days on making new deep drawing stamping dies according to different metal products. Much more complicated metal products mold or die manufacturing will take longer time approx..55days or more.
Q3: Do you have a minimum quantities order limit?
A3: We also support MOQ. Is 1 piece, usually prototype product is produced by metal 3D printing or it's made by welding instead of new dies development at the beginning. We also support to make prototype products to check quality.
Q4: How do you delivery sample products and how long will it take to reach customer in hand?
A4: We are working with international courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS for some small samples delivery, usually it takes about 3days to 7days to arrive. Besides, we have working with several shipping agencies about direct lines for air shipping and sea shipping as well.
Q5: How to place an order to buy customized stainless steel products?
A5: Firstly, our technical engineer estimator will make the formal quotation as per your samples or your technical drawings 2D drawing or 3D models, you will place and order to us when price suits and make down payment, Secondly, our design engineer will make toolings or dies and make testing to get samples out for you. We may go further with mass production procedures if samples are approved.
Q6: Can my logo be printed on product surface or on carton boxes?
A6: Yes, please inform us before we finish production when you need your logo on product surface, or let us know your logo design before we proceed with carton box building, than your logo can be well designed and printing on boxes accordingly.
Q7: How do you well pack metal products?
A7: All products will be well packed with foam sheets inside of carton boxes, whether they are shipped by air or by sea, all carton boxes will be placed on plastic pallets or wooden pallets in order to avoid damage on products during long distance transportation. Big volumes of boxes with pallets will also be helpful for uploading and downloading from containers.
Q8: Do you have after-sales service for your products?
A8: Yes, we do have usually after- sales service for one year, our company have after-sales service in Mexico, Italy and Turkey. If there are any quality problems, our local service staff will contact you as soon as possible.
